A Special Christmas Journey
This Hope Journey event is offered in a school setting and has been designed to engage children of any primary school age with autistic spectrum conditions (ASC) and social communication needs.
Each session can be adapted and tailored to the needs and requirements of each group of children. This event is predominantly sensory with the use of sensory boards, storytelling and practical hands-on elements.

‘All our pupils enjoyed their ‘Hope Journey’ experience, and helped us to start our Christmas preparations keeping in mind the true meaning of Christmas. The volunteers were kind and patient with our pupils, many of whom find it challenging to do something different and out of their usual routine.
